1. What this annex is
It describes what is specific to the iVy WEB Panel — the studio client area (app.theivy.ru and app.theivy.dev) and the interface behind it (api.theivy.ru and api.theivy.dev). It is read together with the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Personal Data Processing Policy and the Cookie Policy: whatever the annex leaves out is governed by the general set.
2. Who the project is for
Studio clients — to submit requests and discuss them; studio staff — to run requests, reply in chats and maintain their team card. Staff accounts are created by the administrator.
3. What happens to data in this project
- Request. Task description, budget, timeline, status, stage, assigned manager, price and deadline. Every action lands in the event feed with its author and time.
- Messages. Messages, replies, reactions and files in the request chat. The chat is created automatically when a manager takes the request.
- Files. Images up to 10 MB and video up to 64 MB; a profile picture up to 5 MB is converted to WebP. Files live on the server disk; the database keeps the link, the type and the size.
- Notifications. New messages arrive in the client area over a WebSocket; only service e-mails are sent by mail — password, access recovery, backup address confirmation.
- Archive. A completed or cancelled request goes to the archive: it leaves the working lists while its chat stays readable. Returning the request to work lifts it out of the archive.
4. Who inside the studio sees your data
A project manager sees requests and their chats; an administrator sees accounts, roles and the full list of requests; a specialist sees the requests they are attached to. A client sees only their own requests and chats.
5. Retention and deletion
Project data is kept while the account exists. Deleting an account or a request is deferred by seven days — it can be undone within that window, after which the data, including messages and files, is destroyed. Cookie and one-time link lifetimes are listed in the general set.
