Current version
The studio documents are accepted with a single tick during registration and apply as one set. Version of 6 August 2026, in force since 6 August 2026
- Terms of Use — How the site and the client area work, the rights and duties of both sides, how requests are handled and who is liable for what.
- Privacy Policy — What data is processed, why, where it is stored, who it is shared with and how you can control it.
- Personal Data Processing Policy — The formal document published as required by clause 2 part 1 article 18.1 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
- Cookie Policy — The list of cookies and other storage technologies on the site and in the client area, analytics included.
The set covers the website, the client area and the interface behind them in every domain zone of the studio: the website is theivy.ru and theivy.dev, the client area is app.theivy.ru and app.theivy.dev, the interface is api.theivy.ru and api.theivy.dev. The .ru and .dev zones are one and the same Service, with shared accounts and data.
How consent is recorded
The date, the time and the version of the accepted set are stored with your consent. That way the record in the database shows which text you accepted, and the archive below lets you read that text later.
Earlier versions
The current version is the first one. As soon as the set is updated, the previous version will appear here in full, with all of its documents.
Project documents
A particular project may have its own data, retention periods and recipients; those are described in an annex to the set. An annex is read together with the general documents, not instead of them: where the annex is silent, the general text applies.
